Phase 1 will allow me to get a deeper understanding of:

Phase 2 looks at both the internal and external environment, which includes:

  • Research around the current market

  • Audit of current digital platforms - including website / social and email

  • Review of traditional marketing activity

Report

Phase 3 is the delivery of the final report which includes:

  • Analysis and interpretation of research

  • Suggestions for a way forward - including potential improvements, priority lists and recommended marketing KPIs
